Bundle Up for a New Holiday Adventure!
You have a role to play in this wild winter adventure! On the darkest night of the year, children must beware the Snow Queen – and when a boy vanishes from his village, his best friend is the only one who can rescue him. And she needs your help on her quest to stop the Snow Queen! You’ll help our heroine decide what happens next, join in the song, and bring the best friends back together. This original, interactive adaptation is inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s story, with an added tour of fairy tales from around the world.
Plus, join us for a flurry of fun on Saturdays and Sundays for FREE hands-on activities including homemade holiday card crafting, snowflake making, a complimentary hot chocolate bar, a temporary tattoo station, and there may even be a chance of snow!

Performance Times
- Monday–Wednesday | 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday | 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Approximately 45 minutes with no intermission
Good to Know
- This performance is recommended for children aged 2–10, but also makes great holiday fun for the entire family!
Plan Your Visit
- Park in our attached parking garage for $15.
- The Gordy lobby is open one hour before show time.
- Drinks are allowed in the theater! Make sure to grab your favorite drink from the Gordy Bar before the show and during intermission.

This December, Stages is partnering with Houston theaters and the Houston Food Bank to fight food insecurity. Bring non-perishable food items to drop in our lobby collection box when you attend a performance through December 28.
Winter Fun Zone
- Each Saturday and Sunday join us from 11:00 a.m. until 1 p.m. for FREE hands-on activities including a hot cocoa station, homemade holiday card and paper snowflake crafts, a temporary tattoo station, and even a chance of snow.
- Ticket holders to either performance time on Saturdays and Sundays are invited to participate at no additional cost.
