We are facing an unprecedented global challenge that is having an immediate impact on our artists and our ability to gather together as a community. Even though our physical theaters are temporarily dark, our purpose remains clear and will be more necessary than ever as our community regroups and reconnects in the months ahead. Your gift now will help sustain us and ensure that Stages and our artists are ready to welcome you back to The Gordy as soon we’re able to gather together again!
Did you know that Stages is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization?
Stages is one of the region’s leading artistic employers, producing an average of 12 productions per year totaling more than 435 performances and welcoming 65,000+ visitors each season. Our shows are brought to life by an exceptional community of locally based artists and craftspeople along with occasional guest directors, actors and designers from around the world. How your gift helps
Your support helps Stages engage artists, build sets and costumes, hire designers and guest directors, offer education and community outreach programs, and so much more. Stages’ 2019-2020 season covers an extraordinary variety of productions ranging from crowd-pleasing musicals and family fare to daring new dramas that will appeal to diverse audiences. Highlights include one world premiere, a U.S. premiere, six regional premieres, the 3rd annual Sin Muros Latinx Theatre Festival and free performances at Miller Outdoor Theatre. Our emphasis on emerging talent, on and off stage, inspires patrons and benefits the community as our alumni serve in professional and volunteer capacities at almost every other theater and performing arts organization across the city.
Your investment in Stages makes programs like these possible!
