Stages is thrilled to welcome audiences back to The Gordy in person beginning Friday, June 18, 2021! We are deeply grateful to our full community for your support and beyond excited to be together again with you.

The very nature of live theater is the gathering of our community to see a story unfold live on stage. As we emerge from the current global health crisis, we will continue to follow procedures that best ensure health and well-being for everyone, including our patrons, our artists and our staff. We appreciate your cooperation for the health and welfare of all.

Patrons who return to The Gordy can expect the following safety and health procedures:
  • Patrons will be temperature checked upon entrance to The Gordy
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed throughout the venue
  • Face masks covering your mouth and nose must be worn at all times while seated in the performance space, regardless of vaccination status.
    • This is required of us by Actors Equity Association, the union for professional actors and stage managers, for the safety of the performers.
  • For this production, food and drinks will not be allowed inside the theater spaces and all payments must be by credit or debit card
  • Payment for parking in the Stages’ garage will be via credit or debit card only
We ask that all patrons conduct a self-assessment before coming to The Gordy. If you or any member of your party are experiencing any of the following symptoms, we ask that you not attend the show and you contact us to make appropriate arrangements.

Please do not come to the theater if you are generally not feeling well or have:
  • Headache
  • Cough
  • Fever
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Sore Throat
  • Loss of Sense of Smell
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we all navigate this transition together!
