Accessible Seating

All our theater spaces include designated areas of enhanced accessibility for wheelchairs along with companion seats. Guests can remain in their wheelchairs or transfer to theater seats. If you wish to remain in your wheelchair, please request wheelchair-accessible locations when ordering tickets. If you have other mobility issues or special seating needs, please discuss these with our Patron Services team before purchasing tickets.

To help us better serve your seating needs, we recommend purchasing your tickets as far in advance as possible. For your convenience, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your show’s scheduled start time.

Accessible seating is available online, by phone, or in person. You may contact our Patron Services team at 713.527.0123.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted listening devices are available upon request and free of charge. Please ask for one at the box office, located on the right side of the Herzstein Lobby upon entering, when you pick up your tickets.
